What is abuse?

I mean what one would consider abuse is sometimes something we live with all the time no matter what company we work for.

I heard a good one this morning at a t/s, some clown was complaining that he was required to drive 9 hours a day, that was too much for him and he claimed that the company abuses the drivers by making them drive that long.

Today, I worked hard, I drove 11 hours getting into the cab when I arrived and clocking out when my 11 hours was up, someone drove the truck back the customer's place for me. It was a long hard day and I was wishing I could go back to the OTR thing with some of those mean companies.
