New to this

Hi!

I'm in the Fort Worth area and my boyfriend is looking to relocate to this area. He is currently in Arkansas. He is looking for a company that would be good to work for out of this area but that would also get him into Arkansas to visit his kids. He was told to check out McLane by another driver. Can anyone tell me if McLane is a good company to work for and if there are other companies that are good to work for in this area..
