New to trucking

Hello everybody
Im just getting my licence and will start driving after November for a small family company.
My goal is to grow small fleet, around 10 trucks in 2-3 years.
Im learning for couple months from friends, strangers and most of it online. Truckers report is a big source of information and experience and Im learning a lot here. Im here to connect with and learn from experienced driveres, o/o and business owners and good people on top of everything. The best way to learn is from "been there done that" person.
Looking forward for my future in this industry and hopefully to succeed.
