Hi y'all,
I'm graduating from truck driving school in about a week from now and wanted to come on here and seek advise/guidance on how to get a decent job with a decent company. I have been looking at the posts on good and bad companies and think I should try to get on with KLLM or Roehl. Not sure of their hiring area. I look forward to reading the posts here, and very much looking forward to getting hired and out on the road. Wish me luck and hopefully I'll get to know some of y'all.![]()

poorednek,
Thanks for the input. I put in my application with KLLM & Roehl today and called to follow up with KLLM, have to fax the release form to Roehl before I call them. They seemed nice, straightforward and direct. Also been shotgunning apps out there to some of the bigger companies, Swift, CRST, FFE, etc. hopefully someone will take me on. -

As far as Hiring on to a company I say check the Company out Like they check you out!!!
Even though you are new do not jump into a company just because they will hire you, Hire onto a Company because it is the best Company for YOU!!! -
