New truck with Allison 4000 transmission problems.

I am looking for others with Allison Trans in Peterbilts that have drivelines that are setup incorrectly from the factory. We have replaced Transmissions in two trucks and have discovered that Peterbilt should have shimmed the axles when they were built to prevent this from happening.
We have 6 Peterbilt 6 axle dump trucks and 6 Freightliner 6 axle dump trucks. The driveline repairs are very high on the Petes and non-existent on the Freightliners.
