There are no new lightweight petes but there were old ones recently. I drove a lightweight pete for two years. Drove it religiously at 56mph and hardly ever fuel bonused with it. It got 7.0-7.5mpg compared to the cascadias 8.0-8.75mpg. It was smaller than the lightweight cascadia. It had a smaller engine (11 litter cummins ism not isx) vs the cascadia (13 litter dd13) it was sloooow up hills. But i thought it looked great so i loved it anyway. Now im in a lightweight cascadia evolution no way in hell id want that pete back. Prime has been selling off its fleet of lightweight petes and hasnt bought any new ones for awhile now. If they have any of the old ones turned in they go up for sale instead of out on the road. Get yourself one of the new cascadias. Youll like it.

There are no new lightweights at all in Springfield at this time, my last trainee has been here almost a week waiting on a truck.

If there are some in SPRIMO, it's because they are being liquidated. Prime decided to get rid of them before the leases were up because they have a much higher roll-over rate than any of the other trucks in the fleet. You guys don't want to be anywhere near one of those things.
