FYI...
after speaking with FMCSA/ DOT,
if the CMV is beiing transported across state lines "for the purpose of enhancing/ or use in the company" it HAS to have DOT #'s, and HOS apply just like a regular carrier.. If it is going to be used and registered "intRAstate" as mine will be, I have to update my mcs-150 to interstate for the trip!!! and change it back again to intRAstate at home..Wtf!!
