Do not work here, I have been here for over 10 years. There starting pay is below average and they have not given raises since they took 7% away almost 4 yrs ago. The health ins is horrible and they just raised it to 102.00 a week that the employee must pay with 40.00 copay 60.00 copay for a specialist and 350.00 for the ER. There are drivers leaving weekly and this is company wide (NC,NY,NJ) terminals. All vacations for supervisors have been cancelled except for the chosen few (TM,ATM and Outbound manager) pays to be the TM's pet. The TM here is horrible, she lies and will do whatever it takes to cover her butt and the chosen few. Just a heads up DON'T WORK HERE.

My experience wasnt quite that bad, they are one of the smaller ltl carriers, and they took a bigger hit when the economy, came crashing down. it was the people in that building trying to run it, that made it so bad. they just never cared about anyone or the job. It was not the company itself. i can honestly say, she was the first manager i ever saw get that involved with the operation. There was no atm there at the time, but i hear, the inbound supervisor is now the atm. He always worked hard and deservied it. Sad that noone before her was able to get it done.. they just didnt care, and maybe not knowledgeable enough. she was honest with me, and i never had any issues, other than causes of my own. sounds as if, some are intimidated by her. I think they will become successful !

The person that started this post, cared the least. He did nothing to help make it better.. He never followed rules, direction, or nothing.. He disprespected everyone. Drivers did care, and wanted to make it work. They went thru so many managers over there, not sure if they didnt care, or just didnt know any better. They hired a female manager, and she seemed to be liked.. There were some good compliments from drivers down south.. but they also stated, she got very little cooperation from the inside.. I guess you can say eventually, someone can get highly frusterated. i hear they didnt have to close the doors, but very well could have made wiser decisions. i feel for anyone who looses their jobs, but when its time to move on, its time to move on.

no trucking company is perfect, they alll have their own faults.. better decisions could have been made im sure.. but i always ask.. if the driver himself.. was deserving of more?
