I picked up ata place on 39th street in Brooklyn the other day and there was a security gaurd there slapping big orange stickers on illegally parked cars .
He told me they are purposely made to be very hard to remove lol.

People in Chicago drive like morons. I also have a mild disdain for Dallas. Neither New York or LA bother me much but I'm from a NE city so I'm used to the clearance and parked cars issues.
