I don't recognize him right off. I'm guessing one of the reserve squadrons only because HM-15 side numbers were two digits and HM-14 were three like above but they started with a 5 instead of a 4.

I see the "HM" so it's not HC-4...they flew the same TMS out of Sigonella.

I agree. I will be honest…you OP sound like a train wreck looking for a track. If you couldn’t deal with Schneider fresh out of school, and with a trainer, ideal situations when compared to today, how are you going to deal now?

@Chinatown Something I forgot about was Panama City...this might be from there. The community had two birds down there for mission testing and also a Huey.

Was known as a good shore duty...they didn't have a problem filling those billets.

 

Panama City is a real sailor town. We used to refuel there when I was on a frigate out of Mayport. We were doing stuff in the Pacific along the West Coast of South & Central America. Spook stuff and had to use deceptive lighting on the exterior of the ship at night.
