That last run. 64mph governed. 38k pound load. Got 9.1 mpg. That’s excellent.

I managed to pick up. Then drive back to Minneapolis. All fast enough to take a 34 before delivery Monday morning.
Hehe... have 3 minutes left on my 70 right now. Cut that one close. :) Will get 8 hours tomorrow. Won’t settle on that.

    I really cashed in today!
Was bringing in a cart at the store.
Lady gave me a quarter for it!
    I kept walking in.
She turned to me all embarrassed. Said: Oh no! You’re headed in!?
    I said: That’s ok. I don’t need a cart.
    Now.... I’m rich! :laughing-guffaw:

I pulled the covers off my windows on the condo today. No way I was gonna during winter. (Maybe stuff some insulation in?)
Anyway... co-driver loves it. She’s been laying in front of one window a bunch.

That mattress is working out great. Definitely worth it. First time getting really good rest. Last night pain woke me up in left leg. Just adjusted my position. Pain went away. I could hypothesize. Part of not recovered yet from lower back injury, is lack of good bed.

I like your hypothesis. I volunteer to be the experimental group, you can be the control group.

    Fair?;)

    Okie Dokie...
Yes... finally got it. Loving it. Got one in Queen size at home too.
Was funny trying to get it in the truck. It’s heavy. But purple puts two hefty handles at each end of the shipping bag. Got two big guys to help me. Told them I’d have to get inside and pull. Next thing I knew. Heard this loud noise. Turned around and it was in the bunk. They literally threw it through that side door on the condo. They smiled and walked away. They was feelin’ their Wheaties that day.

I’m really starting to look like I know what I’m doing on backing. (Don’t tell anyone the truth:rolleyes:). Tonight, all I had to do was adjust a few inches to get perfect to the dooor. Otherwise, pulled right in.
Lately when backing. Been getting flash backs to when I was a kid. Always loved to take the toy vehicles with trailers. Back them in.
I admit. The auto trans allows me to look out the side of the truck. Can easily form mental image of trailer and how it’s going in the slot.
