Hi,

My dad is an over the road truck driver. I will be visiting here from time to time to do research for him and possibly posting some messages in the different boards. I will give you a little history about him. Maybe you will run into him at some of the Flying J buffet's or rest stops.

Before he started truck driving, he was working for Clayton Co. Sheriff's Dept., under Sheriff Hill. He left because he felt his job was threatened by the sheriff and decided to go out trucking.

His first trucking job was working for USA Truck. They weren't giving him many miles, so he had to leave to find a better company. He then went to another company, which I forget the name of before going to JB Hunt in a truck lease program. He had to leave the other company and JB because of not enough miles. He went to CFI and it was a better company than USA, & JB. He then thought about leasing his own truck and now he is working for John Christner Trucking, driving a refer. He is leasing his truck, but on the bright side, he brings in enough money to make payments, maintain his truck, and have money to live on.

My mom was riding with him until recently, when she had to leave for a while to go back home to tend to family matters while my sister is going through a divorce. That is a whole can of worms within itself and would be pretty boring to share, so I will save y'all the boredom.

Well, as I said before, I will be popping in from time to time to research things and kind of help him out while he is traveling on the road.
