Iy's a great company for training. If you are going to an outside school you will not need to commit to a year of service. Their training is long but if you get a good trainer you will learn to drive the truck well.

I'm in my second year with them and have few complaints. I'm enjoying my time, and have discovered that what I learned in the two months over-the-road training was exceptional.

They are an excellent company to start with. Detailed training, great cognizent skills development and solid financial setting (you won't miss a paycheck).
Late model equipment with APUs, Inverters and a Safety Department that protects the driver from 'over zealous' dispatchers. -
there is few people who will treat you like an adult even fewer who consider u more than a truck number with a heart beat. but no reputable company will hire a driver without 1-2 yrs otr experience.... so we all have to get it somewhere! plus anyother training company is just a different player of the same game.
