    I don't like smaller companies and prefer the mid to large outfits.
    Tried a small "mon & pop" outfit and it was the most horrible experience of my trucking career.
    That stuff about, "we know you by name, not a number" is meaningless. I'm not your friend, I'm your employee, so just pay me correctly.

    Oh REALLY! I could totally understand that for a lot of reasons. So many keep saying you'll be treated better etc., clearly that is not always the case.
