Is theres any other way a driver could drive solo at CRST. Team drivers always make more money but I want to drive solo on my own.

Solo are for dedicated runs at CRST , if you really want to run solo CRST isn't for you

CRST wouldnt be a company where I would plan to stay with forever. I just need to get my CDL and the training and move on after 8 months. But in those 8 months I need to at least have a good experience and making some money.

They have a year mandatory comittment if they train you to get your CDL to stay on with them. So attempting to leave after 8 months may do something vicious to your chance to be hired by someone else.

It is not uncommon for some companies to say you were under a load, if you leave prior to your commitment is up, and they will charge you money for your CDL training.

Prime inc. may be the only solo place worth staying for a year that trains you to get your cdl, unless you score a dedicated run at CR England who require a 6month commitment. But then again 6 months experience is not a whole lot of experience, some companies want 8 months, some 9, some a year, some 15 months, some 2 years, some 3, some 5........

Well, hope everyrhing goes well for you. Peace....

crst does not split the cents per mile, they split the mileage in half. it would be difficult to split the cents per mile in half if one driver(such as trainet) made more than the other. it can not be done properly.
