Not anything wrong with OTR. Not for everyone, but some of us wouldn't do anything else.
What do you prefer? You want to see the country and travel year round, then go OTR.

Some mega's that have their own cdl school, also may have some local dedicated stuff available.
Swift has some dedicated Walmart and other contracts. Check and find out.

The WIOA program is one that pays for school.
Check with private and community college cdl schools in your area and ask about that.

We’ve increased our over-the-road pay PLUS added a bonus plan that allows you to earn up to an additional $3,000 in your first 6 months of driving OTR Dry Van, Refrigerated or Flatbed! First year drivers can earn between $50,000-$60,000, and after 6 months you qualify to participate in our Driver Ranking to earn even more.
