Trucking Jobs in 30 seconds
Every month 400 people find a job with the help of TruckersReport.

Well yes TMC is a flat bed company but schnider is very local for me and how is the pay with Schneider the reason why I was also looking at TMC is because of there percentage pay rate plan they have
-
my advice would be neither.
-
Why is that aladdin
Weeezerd Thanks this. -
If TMC will bring you on and you don't mind a little work, go with TMC. If a newbie can do his first year at TMC and come out with an exemplary record and performance history, he/she can work practically anywhere they want to. If you run national, CT involves a lot of cheap loads of copper from AZ to CT but it probably still pays as good as or better on percentage than your initial pay scale with Schneider.

going flat bed will open other possiblities also, heavy haul ,over size which pay good.
-
thanks @ Stexan thats who i will be going with firstttt
-
@Critters it will open the door for alot more other companys i wanna do something where im actually hands on because drop and hooking can get boring at times
Chinatown Thanks this. -
Schneider may have tanker or flatbed in your area; ask them about it. They will send you to their tanker school. Both are hands-on, but more with flatbed.
Either TMC or Schneider tanker/flatbed would be good choices.Weeezerd Thanks this.
