Good Luck and Be Safe
-
Do a search on Swift.. You'll get every answer you want and don't want.
Other than that... What Honor Roll said.
Good Luck... And Be Safe. -
Better be up front about your work history they will check it. Seeing that you lied on it they might send you home once you get there. Shouldnt of lied about anything cause they will check it out. Comfort zones work depending on the area you want to work I run midwest regional I never leave the comfort zone. You are paid weekly if you dont have a checking account they will put your pay on your fuel card. Usually average between 2200 -3000 miles a week. Shouldnt ever have to load or unload a truck. If you run regional you should get home once a week, if you run 48 you will be home every two weeks or so. Most the mentors are ok there are some bad ones but they are trying to weed out the bad ones.

B I G mistake!
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but ----
if I were you, I wouldn't worry about those 8 questions you asked.
Lying on an application is grounds for immediate termination.
If you're lucky, Swift will catch your lie before you get into training.
Otherwise, you could be terminated AND stuck with the bill for your training.
And, if I'm not mistaken, Swift could submit that information to
be put on your DAC record, which could cause other truckin' companies
to place your application(s) in their circular file. (Read trash can)
Most, if not ALL truckin' companies do at least a 10 year
background check on ALL their applicants.
What WERE you thinkin'?
Or weren't (thinkin')?

You can fix it and if I were you I would fix it befor I get there. You are to young to have to go back ten yrs. but You need to verify all of your jobs. They dont care what you did it is just a DOT regulation. Dont go to the class until you have done this. You WILL be sent home. Half the class is sent home on a regular basis. Fix it. It sometimes is the hardest part of getting started but once its done, its done.

Thanx for catching that.
And good advice to boot.
Thanx again.
-
Ok, I'm glad you people said something about the lying part because I was going to, but couldn't find a polite way of typing it.
Swift will reject you for lying... Fix it before they do.
Peace.
