It's been a while since I last visited here. Short story is I now have my CDL by going through the Prime school. Good deal, short money. I've been OTR for the past year as a solo lease operator. The lease is coming to an end. I've talked to many drivers, each has their own differing opinion. No one situation seems to be ideal. So now what?

well you have established some credit on that truck, I'd say stay there as the money will come as you now have experience.

Thanks Rerun. That's the way I'm leaning at this point, though I don't care for their lease program, as there are cheaper ones out there. But it's a simple move. Anything else would be a bit more involved.
??? What's the credit do for me? -
Take everything into consideration. Money, home time, how you're treated, then start a new lease.
-
are you kidding me...???
you must be all new to the world of credit....
by making your payments, you built up a credit history..as somehow, someplace, somewhere, that money you paid went into a credit file on you.
frankly i must add, that if you do NOT KNOW about lending, borrowing, credit scores, and background, maybe you ought to get out of leasing and just be a driver.
