    Wierdpuckett you did the right thing. Family comes before anything else. When you look at the big picture it was only a job. Glad your son is in remission. God is good. He gave your son the right parents. Keep the faith!

    Your DAC report is like your credit report,and is covered under the"Fair Debt Collection Practices Act".Under this act,if an erronious black mark is put on your DAC/credit,and you ask it to be removed.If they dont,you can sue them for"EVERYTHING THEY OWN",on both a personal,and corperate level.This is one of the few lawsuits you can file that will actually break a company,even a large one.You add the"Family Leave Act"to that that equation,and you shouldnt have any problem finding a Probono Lawyer to handle the case for you,as long as you can back up your side with proof.In coming prayer for your child's health.Matt

    I think you are responding on my behalf redd? I have disputed it here just recently as I did not KNOW it was there till I tried to find a job through "formal" methods -(after National freight, I just called my old boss and he set me up with my old job )when I got laid off from that, I had to look for a new ,unexplored job, and thats when I thought it was odd that I wasn't getting calls for interview so I pulled DAC and there was the "less-than-flattering" remarks . . .left by NFI . . .I then entered a rebuttal and we'll see . . .

    Thanks Rockinroll!!!My son is doin' great! He is learnin' guitar himself! He is very musically inclined-I tauhgt him "Dualing Banjos" in about 15-20 minutes he was playin' on three strings with little smooth hammer-ons and stuff. ...He's a pretty cool Kid!
