Hey I just recently got bumped down our line board due to some senior guys transferring in. I've got 7 years ltl, 2 with my current company. I can probably still make 70k this year, but was thinking about going to Linde. Any thoughts?

Idk about Linde... but you have some status where you are.
If you leave, you'll be at the very bottom.

That's the bad thing about bid runs.
No one wants it til they see how sweet you have it... then you have to give it up and go scrounge elsewhere.

    Weigh it all out.

    Grass ain't always greener.
If you jump overboard, you always get wet... sometimes you drown.

For what it's worth, I met a new guy at a meet point last year and he was wearing his uniform from his previous employer, which was Linde. He must've thought our grass was greener, but who knows.

Driver linde is a sure hard place to work for. There level of micro management is beyond any other.

No cell phones, and you will be fired on first offense.

If the camera goes off then you will be brought in for a pep talk and etc.

If your thinking Cryo the Air Products is the only way to go!!!
