Or, that they won't? Really, I have seen some really odd folks lately. Just getting old and have seen too much I guess.

Just be patient. It sucks. But, it's just the way it goes. I was a trainer. The trainers are all busier than a one legged man........................ . She has already suffered tremendously to get this far, you throw that all away, be in debt, then it was all for naught as well. CRE main terminal is a weird place as well. On top of that you have dozens of people all whining and complaining, with all kinds of negative vibes. All companies are the same when it comes to trainer waits. I took a guy once that had been in the company motel for like 5 weeks.( Not CRE ).
I was one of the guys that took anybody ( the untrainable, the FREAKS, toooo much to list ), and like someone else said, I'd not take a woman. That's a whole forum unto itself.
Tell her to get out of that F terminal and do something. Go for walks, exercise, get the heck away from the CRE terminal urchins.
Just be patient.

 

She can request a $50 advance every three days. And she has to check in every morning with hr to get the $25 a day put on her account.
