Q- am I required to have a physical BOL for every load? I got a repowered load without one, just instructions on the Qualcomm. My DM said she would look into it. Im just nervous about DOT.

Yup. BOL is required. Stop at a truck stop and pick up a few blank ones. Fill in the info you have and if you don't know the contents of the load put "1 truckload" and a general description of the type of freight or commodity. Problem solved.

I have always kept a Strait Bill of Lading pad in the truck for that reason.

Ok just got the generic form at truckstop. Filled it out best I could. Thx

But, in the description of the load, do not put "meth", just saying.... .

I would have not accepted the trailer if the BOL was missing.. was the seal still intact? -
