So I emailed my old dispatcher over at JBS and asked her "if I had one of your cams in my truck, and my truck was stolen, could you activate the cam to see who stole it?" Her reply was "absolutely."

I can assure you that JBS has drive cam in every truck with audio record also I live in Texas and audio record of conversation you are not a part of is unlawful penal code 16.02 I asked them about this and I feel like the answer was skirted around

I agree with you I have the JBS drive cam it is always on I feel the front camera is a great tool however the rear facing is focused on you and the area considered expectation of privacy known as the sleeper also the audio is always on too this tends to make me feel violated I am sure this means nothing to JBS and it will remain unless a class action suit helps them change their mind or all the drivers leave them to eat their lunch all by them selves which ever comes first
