No Citation will it show up?

    So i got hit by a speeding car and the cop gave them the right away since i was at a 2 way stop but didn't give me a citation because they where speeding. will this show up on my csa? or my Dat?

    Im pretty sure if your insurance knows about it, other data bases will find out reguardless of who is at fault.

    If you didn't get a citation, figure no points, so no worries.

    How much damage in dollars? Are you required to fill out a state accident report?

    My guess is it will show up. How it will affect you I have no idea.

    I believe the company will list it on your DAC. I don't know if it will be listed on your MVR. It seems no violation would mean no points as far as FMCSA is concerned.
