Your expansion valve has probably gone bad in your bunk. Its a common problem and any A/C tech should have it fixed in a couple hours. They are going to need to evacuate the system and will need access to you A/C unit under the bunk. So they can replace the valve.

There is also an actuator that controls the air blend (hot / cold) and is connected to the dial on the sleeper HVAC panel. This actuator turns a door in the air chamber, and as you turn the dial it moves proportionally. To find it, open the bunk, take the plastic cover off the left side of the HVAC assembly and you'll see the actuator on top with a small harness running to it.

Replacement cost is about $65 I think. It's held down with 3 screws. Unscrew it, and watch it as you turn the knob on the sleeper HVAC panel from hot to cold- it should move.

If it's bad, for the time being you can manually turn that lug on the air box to cause it to push only cool air. It'll stay in whatever position you set it to.

Cut off your heater valves going to bunk and see if this
Helps. Im not sure if your truck has heater control valve or flap control. Vision logistics is right if u have that style.i know peterbuilts have the control flap.if its expansion valve your suction line returning from bbunk will not be cold.

Feel your A/C lines under the bunk if they are cold its the flap or water valve whatever one you have,if they are warm its the expansion valve.
