a friend of mine just bought a truck. he has not CDL LICENSE. I JUST GOT MINE. 1 MONTH AGO. HE WANTS ME TO DRIVE FOR HIM. CAN I ? PLEASE HELP.

And then go find a broker. Everybody knows a guy.
I don't know much but there is also the way where you have your boss get his assistant to do all the work and you get to work under that companies #'s and insurance and their loads and you get percentage of the rate. That's the easy way. -

Technically nothing illegal about him driving it, would hate to see those insurance rates though.

As long as your friend has carrier authority and is insured, there should be no problem. Easier said than done though, unless your friend has about $20K in cash. Because that's close to what it will cost to get authority and insurance on a truck and driver with no experience.
