Just a final word. It’s fixed. It was the actuator. Amazon has the dorman actuator for 18$ and I had ordered just in case. Installed yesterday and I now have heat coming from all setting that is should.

I have the same thing happening to me as well. Will the dash have to be torn apart to replace this actuator or can it be replaced through the glove box side? And do you happen to have a link to this part on Amazon?

All 5 actuators are the same part so they can be swapped. Dash removal is only required if the door is broken inside the HVAC box. T25 screws hold the actuators on. All can be reached thru the glove box and the B panel around the brake valves.

I’m thinking I might have the same problem. Dial set at 84 degrees I get heat, set at 82 no heat.

Just to update yall on my situation.

I replaced the blend door actuator and still didn’t get any significant heat on 84f setting. I’m starting to think that it’s the actual controls/knobs that are the culprit.
