I think instead of the larger hole that the cool air exits make several smaller ones, this may require the plank be reinforced, this would eliminate the fan to move the air around. I don't know but it looks good.

I dont get it...its not ok to idle the truck for the driver to keep cool and comfortable to safely move the freight up and the down the interstates? but its ok to idle if you have a pet? I dont understand these rules...If its hot im idling! #### your fuel economy and the "green" hippies! IM HOT!

Yes, agree with another reply ... evaporation is a great way to cool down, except in TX and the Southeast where humidity is routinely above 40% then you get very limited evaporation and as such will suffer immensely, no matter what you try and do once the temperature goes over 80. In the desert Southwest, you may gain some relief from "swamp cooler" devices, but when it's 105 degrees, it's going to be hot, no matter.
