    nox sensors are plug and play on DD15... these devises use j1939 data link when talk with ACM

    There's only some Orings & seals in there, Really Shouldn't be that hard to repair, I would've thought..

    Cummins Nox has a core because they are remanufactured. Most often the module is reused and a new probe is spliced on. There is a very small amount of platinum in the probe.

    The 2 Nox sensors I replaced(in and out) where remans. That’s all they had. And “Yes”…… they wanted the cores back.

    I have never opened one up and don't even know if there are even repair kits for sale to be honest

    looks like daimler does not remanufacture them. if part is remanufactured there is letter R in front of part number. I have never seen nox sensor with R in front of part number. All of them start with A or EA.

    Umm, yeah I bought one from local Detroit dealer in Omaha

    Just a piston and some o rings like on a
    Master cylinder. Take it apart measure the bore, hone a little if necessary. Measure ID try to get some o rings. Try to find a diameter of cup seal. Take the piston snd such down to NAPA. Cross reference some brake master cylinders that may have same bore and stroke.
    Or a clutch slave cylinder. If you find one buy it snd use the parts in yours. Just some ideas. Hope you can get it rolling.
