First I have never heard of (truck care needed ticket) so I looked it up . I think you should have hired an attorney it looks like that ticket is 9 points on your license so I’m not sure how you’re claiming no points. I would think it’s the 9 point hit which seems pretty serious to me could be the problem
No Points but insurance rejecting me

This thread just makes me look more and more forward to the day I can say goodbye to trucking. What other crappy "unskilled" job field requires this much ######## with schoolyard level "permanent records" just to get paid crap, work 70+ hr weeks without overtime, and waste your life away in misery?
Some pissy little desk jockey can blackball you from the industry over nothing. Career over and years wasted for nothing other than some crap on a file you have to fight institutional bureaucracy to even get access to.
And then your "fellow" truckers will all act like they're perfect, 10,000,000 milers that ain't never not once even rubbed a sidewall on a curb and you just need to man up, accept .37 cpm in 2024, run hard, then "git thems tharr soff handz tuh werk boy."
I got less than 10 years of this mess. Can't wait to hang the keys up forever. If there even is a trucking career left that long for me. Good luck driver. You're gonna need it. -

i did rub many curbs, left the black mark on it too. With all the regulations out there now its tough, and the industry should pick up during the holidays coming. then january till spring it will get slow again. there are a lot of companies paying very well. you just have to look. the local stuff is paying very well, and has been for quiet a while. but you will have to get your paws dirty. 10 years, you got a LONG way too go. im not going to get into how many years i have put in the industry, good luck -
There are multiple reasons for a company's decision whether or not they want to hire you. PSP, DAC, & MVR are just a few. The more overreach gov't has causes more disqualifying sources. You can request copies from each outlet and it's required by law if a company uses one of these, they must provide you a copy of that report. As a driver you have more to protect you than you know. False claims on any of these can be disputed and brought to court to clear your name.
hope not dumb twucker Thanks this. -
