No power to CB posts

    Just had new ECM placed in my 2006 Volvo VNL 780. Replaced and reprogrammed at dealer. Now have no 12volt power to cigarette lighter ports (upper and dash) or to CB power studs. Checked all fuses in panel and three fused wires at battery. They are good. Is this related to programming of ECM? Or what do I need to look at to troubleshoot? Thought they were direct battery connections.

    Somewhere out West, in my mind.
    0
    My Volvo also had a fuse panel on top of the dash, under where the CB mounts. It had another fuse panel on the engine side of the firewall.
