I have applied with Celadon but will not be able to talk with a recruiter till Monay. Can anyone tell me if they hire in the Sacramento Ca. Area? Thier hiring map is unclear. Acording to the shaded area they do, but it says Bay Area and South.

Is there a terminal or drop yard in the Sacramento area?

Also I only have 3 months experience but it has been 20 months since I last drove. Will I qualify to drive after orientation or do they have a mentoring program?

    Any info would be appeciated.

Due to your limited experience. Most likely you will have to go through some type of mentoring program, if they have one.

Can't help you with the rest.

    jwalker Thanks this.

Try applying to other companies....even the ones with 'bad rep'. You can always train with whoever hires you AND apply to other companies while still in training :biggrin_25519:. Take a laptop with you if you have one.

Sorry, I doubt they'll take you, but good luck, try anyway. Being that limited, it would be dumb to turn down anybody that would give you a chance. Just get in where you can, do your time, pay your dues, then go look for the perfect job or a better company.
