    I doubt they will ever get rid of it.

    Can't imagine it's a big deal to worry about. Unless you piss someone off and they make a big deal out of it.

    Prime would have to prove your one truck jeopardizes their position within the industry.

    That is why their non compete clauses are bs and never enforced. They put them there to scare people who dont know any better.

    Not true.

    prime scares people into thinking this but a non-compete in almost all states mean that you take proprietary information with you when you leave and setup shop competing with your former company with that information.

    You as a driver can’t compete with a company the size of prime, you are a driver.
