NON- COMPETE

I doubt they will ever get rid of it.

Can't imagine it's a big deal to worry about. Unless you piss someone off and they make a big deal out of it.

 

Prime would have to prove your one truck jeopardizes their position within the industry.

That is why their non compete clauses are bs and never enforced. They put them there to scare people who dont know any better.

prime scares people into thinking this but a non-compete in almost all states mean that you take proprietary information with you when you leave and setup shop competing with your former company with that information.

You as a driver can’t compete with a company the size of prime, you are a driver.

 

Magnum Ltd. has their own cdl school, refresher course, hires drivers with long gap in driving.
I think they pay $14 hr. while in cdl school. Meals provided.
Don't think they have lodging, but the $14 hr. can cover that with money left over.
