I went to go get a Non DOT physical and they did a DOT physical on accident and now they are telling me to come back in and do a Non DOT physical so I am wondering are they going to re drug test when they already did it on the previous one and it came back clean

If you came back clean on the D.O.T. physical, you should also come back clean on the NON-D.O.T. physical. You will be fine.
Do NOT refuse to take a second drug test. You do NOT want a "refusal" on your record.

The same applies in the military, law enforcement, corrections, security, and a whole host of other occupations that require you to be drug free.
I work as a retail clerk, nothing fancy, elaborate, popular, or life threatening about that.
You would be surprised how many employees get terminated for "dirty" drug tests. One can be drug tested at any time.
