like the rest of life there is non preventable and non preventable
hitting the deer hasnt been questioned at all

I came up to a one lane yield right hand turn if that makes sense. I had to yield to on comin traffic. After the passed I made my turn and checked my tail to make sure all was good. Then once I was just about all the way done a car hit my first tandem tire and side skirt trying to get around me on an aggressive attempt at the last minute. Never been an any accident in any type of vehicle in 10 years of driving. No citations, she didn't have insurance.

I don't think you have anything to worry about there, Roger. At least as far as the "unpreventable" is concerned. Of course, if this bimbo gets a scum bag attorney and tries to sue you, it is going to cause you a lot of grief. . .But I wouldn't worry about that, as most of these attorneys take stuff like this on a percentage basis, and likely won't believe there is a "winnable" case there.
