none of the accidents i thought would be on my record didnt show up on psp report

Accident you hit another’s property and/or cause a larger amount of damage.

Incident you don’t hit another’s property and/or cause only a small amount of damage.

It’s also company dependent. Werner says everything is an accident !!!!! And it’s all your fault.

Accidents are major and incidents are minor.

 

I was parked on the side of the road waiting for a tire truck. An accident occurred and finished near me. Highway Patrol asked for my license and what happened. Highway patrol said thanks here’s your license back.

That accident came up on my report. Carriers investigated it. But it was to vague to go anywhere with it. The full statement on the accident report was “contact was made”. The best response we could get from CHP was I wouldn’t worry about it because it looks like the officer “made contact with you” and you were not involved in the accident ... ok fine but it still showed up as an accident on my report.

 

Now I will tell you the other side ....

I was involved in an accident. Another truck hit me , bad. Needed 3 wreckers to pick up all of my KW that was all over the road. My carrier said call the cops and notify them so I did but no law enforcement came. I was not at fault but I was still in an accident ... that accident was nowhere to be found on any of my reports.

Now here is the kicker ... I think it’s the company I work for. They have never done ANYTHING to me that could be considered in any way negative. The company your with I think makes a BIG difference.
