    Thanks all you guys for the great information I think I got my question answered.
    I'm definitely concerned about getting caught up in one of these scam schools.

    I'm going to try looking for some companies in Bakersfield that's a great idea!

    I was trying to be cheap! Its better to spend the money on the better schools in the long run... Again, stay away from Truck Nation.....I can't stress that enough.. me and three others I'm in class with will tell you that.

    Western Truck School, Western Pacific and TDA are about the best up this way. Plenty of trucks to train on, plus, you get some training on pulling a loaded 53' trailer at these schools.

    Ill look in to those guys, thnx bud.
    Yeah i want to be in the best training program I can get in to and be the best driver I can be.
    One of my uncles also said he would help me pay for traning! What a blessing, iv been saving like crazy.
