They are not a sister company of JMS Transportation, they are a dedicated carrier. Just because they brothers doesn't mean they co-own each others companies. Rod has no ownership in JMS and Scott has not ownership of North South...it's not a good start out when someone isn't honest from the get go. JMS is a great company to drive for, don't be givin them a bad name just cause the owners related.

 

Only crooks who steal from people are worried about what people say about their co...great co's aren't worried about what is said because actions are louder than words..

i hope this owner is outed for his utter criminalistic type behavior and gets whats due to him...out of business.

 

When a crooked company is associated with a good company in any way, shape or form; that is going to drag the good company down. Being brothers, the good brother should straighten out the bad brother; that's family. Or cut all business ties with the bad brother; that's business. Otherwise they should both be considered as lying in the same bed.

 

You sir are right on all accounts!!!! I own a Company that I started and I am still a driver. After seeing all the post about that company it is my personal mission no matter what the cost, to put them out of business so they can't hurt anymore drivers. Fair day work = Fair pay its the only way to do it right and I be ###### if I will sit by and let a company hurt drivers that are trying to provide for a family

 

All I can say is "Wow". And this guy is threatening drivers who want to warn others off? Sounds like a class action waiting to happen.

 

I don't understand how he has not been sued already, especially if he is sending nasty messages to people especially the poor black lady.

I too would like to see this guy fall and the company fail if he is treating his drivers like he is. Hey Ron want to threaten me for my post? DO IT

Reading his letter I don't even see how he owns a company, he seems illiterate and has a lack of sense.

 

Wow. I'd never work for this scum company, an if I was a driver, after reading that message. I'd quit an file a claim against him with the labor board, fbi, an every department in between. Hope your doors get shut there genius.

Don't do it. They have so many people trying lawsuits against them. Owner Ops stay away. They lie lie lie! I worked with them for 3 months and got paid twice! ! ! A couple drivers got behind on their truck payments and when I left I was behind. One driver even had to give up being an owner op because he got too far behind on his bills believing their lies. Please don't. . .
