I have two not at fault single vehicle accidents in my personal vehicles. No other drivers or vehicles involved. I was not cited by the police. I'm reading off my insurance policy. Does it matter.
Not at fault tickets.

IF it is not on your MVR than you don't have to explain them.
-
If you werent cited you are pretty much good to go.
Insurance companies have ways of investigating and could possibly dig it up, but I bet youll be fine.
What I wonder is how were there 2 not at fault accidents with no one else involved? -
We need more details about the incidents.
Also, the thread title says 'tickets' but you say you weren't cited. -
They are listed "not at fault" according to the OP, that renders them irrelevant, anyhow. -
Get your MVR and go from there.
Are the insurance records from claims you put in? -
you'll never get a safe driver bonus check from Allstate...
icsheeple, KB3MMX, WildTiger1990 and 4 others Thank this. -
Number 1, I backed into a pole behind my house, turning around, in the alley, in the snow and bent the bumper and the quarter panel. The insurance company said I been doing that for 20 years , Not at fault.
Number 2. One car freeway accident. A Car brake checked me. I Spun out on ice driving straight ahead. Hit a concrete road divider. Lost control due to ice. A truck driver stopped and helped me out of the car and made a statement that he saw the driver brake check me for no reason. It was investigated, insurance blamed ice. and I had to make a recorded statement. They said not at fault.truckon Thanks this.
