I just wanted to brag. I drove 653 miles in 10 hrs. and 55 min. not bad for a rookie. The load was only 24000 lbs. and it was Sunday, not much traffic or open scales to slow me down and governed at 61 mph. woohoo!:biggrin_25524: I went from somewhere California to nowhere Arizona.

How did you manage to drive 653 miles in 10 hours if your truck is governed at 61? 61X10=610 therefor you could only drive 610 miles in a 10 hour period if you never dropped below 61 miles an hour for the entire 10 hours... Now, I'm not trying to be an A-hole, but your math just doesn't add up.

Average of 59.8mph. That is some push. You must not of had any fuel or rest stops at all. You have some bladder control. :biggrin_25525:

How did you come up with 59.8 for 653 miles in 10 hours?

Very true, he said he was driving in California. They have the 55 MPH speed limit for trucks....
