Why change the agreement if they don't intend on enforcement of it.
Their discretion really so they have total control.
As for freight within 100 miles what about the .60 cpm load now you'll be forced to either haul it or pay a fine.

I just received financing approval from Paccar Financial. The letter included several things I needed to give them prior to closing the deal. They did not make mention of where I will be leased on to.
