Well I am starting with Swift next week but not too thrilled about their team driving/training scheme. Weird to think I'd be sleeping in the back while the trainer is driving and vice versa for 4 weeks/200 hours.

Thing is I was going back and forth with both companies and told Schneider I was going to think about it (a 2nd time) and decide. This was after drug testing etc. Sure they are pissed off at me now. Hard to decide when they don't tell you all the facts then I feel like I am messing them around.

First off why do you glorified company drivers take offense to what some people say... Working on the ic choice board I myself as well as you are nothing more than glorified company drivers...OK and that's one load that paid more...A dead clock is right twice a day so what's your point.. I didn't say every load paid more at Landstar..I clearly said that overall the rates at Landstar higher and you can make more money there... Just remember this.. Schneider plays with the loads... You can never compete with a company that has company trucks don't be foolish.. I personally like Choice for the area i live and the hometime but I'm not brainwashed to believe that it's the best program out. It's not.. The fuel discount sucks.. The equipment sucks.. And you have to deal with dumb company drivers who will leave you a bad trailer and won't think twice about.. Try working for a real O/O company and you'll see the difference.. You sound like one of those drivers that will get a $500 check and think you set the world on fire smh... I can give you my old drivers number and you can research my number from your ica.. Don't ever question another man ability to work and be successful unless you personally know them.. Carry on guys..

I don't care what Co you're with..you will have the same cap at landstar as any CO if you're pulling their trls...because you'll have another driver who don't give a #### about it and drop it for you to deal with...and think otherwise is naive...if you think that landstar and some of those agents won't screw you on the rates, you're naive as well...any my time multiple hands are on a load there's bound to be skimming going on and it don't matter who you're hauling with or for period whether or not you're pulling for sni or landstar or outside broker, someone is going to jack you on rates at some point and to think that it won't or doesn't happen...well all I can say is step out of fairy land because reality needs to sink in...

You keep saying someone should work for a real O/O company.... Name a few, I will be waiting. If you don't have your own Authority, there is no real O/O company. I have no problem comparing my numbers to yours.

OK you guys win..Schneider is a real owner operator company lmaoo.. Let me list a few owner operator companies for y'all..Landstar, Mercer, Road Runner, Admiral Merchant, Kaplan..I mean I can keep going.. If your company has company trucks you do not work for a true owner operator... Owner operator companies aren't gonna make u shuttle trailers just to get a load.. Real O/O company don't care how far u dead head to get your next load is your truck.... Pull your head out of the sand smh... And having your own authority is good but if you work for a true owner operator its almost the same pay in some cases just less paperwork.. @rickybobby u just started Sni what a year ago so not even gonna entertain your comment.. Because if I remember correctly you were swearing by landstar...i remember everything but i have get this $5000 load delivered.. I can't play with you boys all night lol.. Safe travels to everyone

Landstar, Mercer.. They have brokers who own trucks. No diffrence from sni, just on a lower level. I have been with sni going on 5 years and my truck is paid for. I would put up my numbers with any of these companies. Van side

Not sure why I should care if I work for a, as you put it, 'a real owner operator company!?...

Is that something I should strive for or even care about?...

If I'm making $3k + a week and I'm happy, who cares what kind of company it is?...

Well, I guess I would care as long as the company I work for is treating me right...

And so far I'm good... And happy...

    To each his own...

    Roll on...
