Time stamp on booking the load and the old e-log......

All you guys need now are driver facing cameras.....that'll be in the new new lease.

 

Problem is it's obvious that ever since they implemented the notification function that other drivers are doing the exact same thing. I'd pull over in a safe place to do it but the loads are long gone. I did it again while driving to test it and the load I tried to book was gone within the 10 seconds it took to refresh my screen and book the load. I didn't even get the load anyways.

Then I posted on here making the statement that drivers on their own are at a competitive disadvantage to people that are booking loads while driving, or more likely drivers that have wives booking loads for them. And I was penalized for bringing this potentially dangerous act to Schneider's attention. I'm not surprised about what happened at all, I just should have lied and not admitted to it. But I can't help but be honest.

 

Be careful man, they will terminate you if they catch you doing this. And thanks for proving my point that not doing this puts me at a competitive disadvantage.

 

I understand where you're coming from but next time maybe bring it to their attention without testing it out.

 

Sucks he lost out on a good opportunity but we can't blame the enforcer when we break the rules. Doesn't matter how many others do it & haven't been caught.

 

Schneider needs to be in a cla$$ action lawsuit....Steve file it...

LOL, how? I signed a contract that states it's a terminable offense. They could have given a warning and not been total aholes but that's they're choice. The new safety manager is on a witch hunt and he has one notch in his belt.

 

Don't drive for Schnieder ...

 

Go talk to a lawyer...trust me. Did Schneider financial take the truck back?
