    Yep. I can see it now. Loads picking up late because I had an empty but had to drop it at a different customer then go find another empty to pick up load. How many more customers are we going to lose because SNI has a better idea??

    The only way you'll be fined is if your next delivery is more than 100 miles and you don't bring an empty. Anything under that you don't have to do a mty trailer shuttle and you won't be fined.. Or if you bobtail into your next load which is more than 100 miles from your last stop without permission they can fine you. Per my old ICA. Who knows I'm in the fence still

    Then why not spell it out in the contract to say that?

    I'm not saying anyone is wrong but why would any of us believe or take contractual advise from the representative of the company who is writing the contract.

    No wonder so many people get into financial trouble when they take advise from the salesman.
