Just got back from my truck.
Message on qualcomm ..Stating when going home make sure you check your workflow tasks for a possible shuttle move..it CANNOT be removed without permission from the box planners.
Let's see how it pans out.

I'm not a company driver..but I get what your saying.

think this is a bleed over from the legacy side as they shut it down?
so soemone you have ZERO access to in order to speak with them is dictating what you do. -
I think it's a combination of things.
But anyway you look at it..it means you are at the mercy of the box planners.
I know I have waited for quite a while on M/T location searches..can't imagine what it's going to be like now.Last edited: Oct 4, 2015

That sucks to hear. I was kinda hoping everyone would say "oh well it hasn't been an issue at all" but it seems like they're slowing starting to trickle in the crappy parts of the new agreement and see how far they can push their luck with it.
I got another settlement statement from SNI the other day for over -$2000 and looked closer at it and they were trying to tell me that I never sent my MCP back per some "Tom Jensen" in Green Bay.
Unfortunately for them I have pictures of all the equipment I removed and emails from my ICA with those pictures asking "is this all the equipment I need to send back" AND the tracking # for the package with $2500 worth of insurance. Kiss my ***.
I want to come back and just be the biggest **** disturber possible and milk a little more money out of them before they ripped up my contract. Just go grab random trailers from the places I know like the back of my hand and haul loads with them and never input the trailer into workflow at all.
Take my truck to the strip on run what you brung night and see how many critical events I can cause, then when I get angry messages argue that I was off duty on private property. Do the same thing at the tractor pull.
Rack up a bunch of hard brake events in my yard and have the completely valid argument that I was testing an issue with my brakes grabbing.
Then go do donuts in the pasture and get some roll events and say I was testing out my non-existent traction control, again off duty on private property.
Jack up the entire rear end of the truck and get it up to triple digit speeds and see what kind of call I get from the safety department.
Remove the backup-battery from inside the MCP black box and wire up a kill switch to the ignition power feed and go full on Tom Clancy: Ghost Recon for several hours each night while I'm driving then complain that they must have installed the MCP unit wrong. Avoid OCs for at least two weeks saying that I'll get it fixed next time I'm near one.
Make posts on this forum about doing stuff against SNI's safety policy, then when they try to call me out on it pretend that someone else made this account to frame me and it isn't actually me. Don't know what kind of leg they would actually have to stand on there.
It's gonna be a LONG winter. Went all last week without a single day of work thanks to the weather. Supposed to be nasty all winter long and if it's gonna be like this with this little work thanks to rain/mud/snow/etc., I will kiss this local crap goodbye and get back OTR in a heartbeat.scottied67, tsavory, TennMan and 3 others Thank this. -

And I haven't even signed the agreement yet lol...I am, but only because my exit plan won't be till after the 12th and that's the only reason.
Home_on_wheels Thanks this. -
Wonder when they will and what they will change the name to the CHOICE program?
