No what I'm saying is that the new destination was added to that particular assignment while enroute. I don't know how they can do it, but they did add it enroute. I was driving down the road and that the qc came up with new destination added and voila mt move was there when before it wasn't.

I see what you are asking now DS. I was enroute to my delivery when the new destination was added to move an mt instead of just deleting the pu mt task.

Problem is once the ICOA is signed you are agreeing to future mt moves per the Independent contractor operating AGREEMENT. Does not matter what the load board says a signed document out weighs a work assignment. So if they put an mt move into the assignment enroute you've already agreed to it in the AGREEMENT we would sign. Or pay possible fine.

Do any of us dumb truck drivers truly believe SNI spent all the money they did on this new contract to only have NOTHING change in their favor.

Wow no wonder they dropped requires down to 6 months they really just want drivers to follow the company line.......

I didn't curse at you don't curse me... All I simply said was you have a choice in the matter don't act like you're stuck and u have to play yard jockey.. That's the problem with trucking.. We let these companies make puppets out of us so they continue yoking us.. If enough drivers stand up to sni and their dumb contract changes would be made.. Unless you're paying me 1.00 a mile to move an empty trailer I'm not doing it.. So don't get all bent out of shape with me because you're being treated like a company driver while paying to use their truck.. I'd be darned.. And if I'm enroute to a load I'm not stopping to read the Qualcomm I'm going straight to my load as it was offered on the load board.. You have a choice driver... Don't be a puppet

Unfortunately I'd say you drivers voicing this doesn't matter too much because you see in every thread on the SNI forum, every other comment is a driver asking for info about choice. Just like company wages, as long as there's a line out the door there's no need to change things.

Another thing it was on the QC when I delivered the load...I guess you never saw the contract..You can be fined $250 for not doing this..I will play along, but not for long. Thats all I'm saying

    PoleCrusher and TennMan Thank this.

After reading this thread and some others about this new contract, I'm glad I never did follow through with it.
