Thanks, it's removed now. Though I'm not the only one that has posted that section on here. Oh well.

Which one of you tough guys is going to man up besides throwing a real bean spiller under the bus claiming its all for referrals and spell it out? Kind of funny a thread is started about someone wondering who is leaving the program but then all the people who complain are MIA.... LOL...
I've Never worked for a lease op or pick my load company like orange but would laugh and giggle at the thought of the tactics on this site... Fire or keep me, the range would be open... Lease, Flease, Company, O/O...
The range is open... The set of my Balls are 24/7...
The puppy wash here is well beyond that... It gets a little old after a while...
Your heart stays or goes...
Which is it besides complain? -
After Watching the Cubs beat the Pirates guess I have nothing else to do... Gets old after reading the majority of the Schneider threads of complainers and finger pointers but yet not a real nut grabber...
Good money or not if I have a real complaint about a company I certainly wont come on here an complain and then 'claim" the company has eyes on you... LOL
If a complaint is that much of an issue money does not matter...
Be a Big Boy put it out there what it is, If they boot you fine... Next company? -
I think complaining is about all that is gonna show up on this forum until the new contract truly kicks in (Oct. 15th, right?) and then they'll really see how things go. Some of them talk the talk like they're gonna walk away, but who is actually gonna do it? I'm interested to see. For many of the lease-ops it'll probably mean sucking it up and dealing with it because it's all they really can do short of terminating their contract early, unless they're one of the ones that has proven themselves to be capable of truly running a truck on their own and would be authorized to take the truck to another carrier.
From an outsiders' point of view... all I can say is I'm gonna wait it out and let some others test the waters, lol. Overall I was pretty content with SNI for several years, but if enforced word for word the new contract appears to really suck for someone that runs the way I do.
I do believe that is is good to see some negativity about the Choice program and Schneider Finance on here simply because it's the truth - its not all sunshine and roses as many would have you believe, and this whole contract deal brings up one of the really BIG risks of leasing that is normally looked at by many as a "ah it'll never affect me anyway" way until it does.
A huge reason why I stopped leasing and bought my own truck was from the possibility of a situation like this arising. Feels good knowing if things go south with a carrier I'll always be able to tell them to...

A member , smart too, very smart in his business, took a calculated risk to run an experiment. Spoke openly about it and then was held accountable for those decisions. HUGE service to the folks here , showing what IS probable.
Unfortunately they are selective in action related to posts. Lot of helpful stuff businesswise in driver retention areas not addressed by GB. which leads to ever more new drivers pushed through, without the requisite skills or apptitude to do this job safley. THEN the entire fleet of drivers HAVE to operate under more restrictive operational parameters BECAUSE of said new drivers unless they go somewhere else.
This company has met my personal goals as of last Jan. coming up on 4 years this Dec. It might just be enough here for me. Perhaps through the final bonus payment in April. Havent worked out the financilas on if it would actually be beneficial to stay through then.
