Doesn't matter anyway. 6 month drivers wanting to go IC, the waiting list will be getting shorter.

Uh huh, especially when the assignment you agreed to do and booked said DROP AN HOOK and there's something to hook to right there... just following the work you agreed to do.
If Schneider needs more trailers in the area that's on them, not the IC to go away just to come right back with another trailer.
    We're ICs.. not company drivers.

I got that message that begins with "Bobtail Instructions.... You are being instructed to Bobtail from your drop location due to...", on four consecutive loads this week. I refused the first three because the pickup mt assignment was oor and there were trailers available at my drop. I did the fourth since it wasn't oor and SNI probability lost the customer because they were tired of the bs over trailers.

SNI has proven to me this past week that the customer is not important to them. The IC, in their view, is nothing more than a free driver, free fuel and free power which they can use just like a company truck. The Box Planners, probably the most incompetent people in SNI's employ, are given more power and freedom, while VTL ICs, the most profitable people for SNI, are forced to give up power and freedom or term their contract.

Is it just me or has the whole freaking world lost its uncollected mind?

SNI is taking care of one or 2 big customers, at the expense of numerous smaller ones. I just hope they aren't putting all their eggs into one basket, because I'm hearing a lot of my customers saying that they are fed up and are sick of SNIs lack of service, broken promises, and an arrogance
