What are the things to look for if you intend to jump ship 6-9 months after training ? What will the company do ? KllM recruiter said if i would the quit 6 months after training , I would only be on the hook for 1/2 the cost of training. I would be ok with that, but I doubt its that easy. There must be some hidden issues , havent found out

Finish the darn thing. Looks better when you’re recruiter from the next company asks about that. Makes you look like you’ll commit more. They see 6 months in and left they’ll think you’re a floater.

I finished my contract with Cr England probably the worst trucking company I think you’ll be fine finishing it up.

Yea, drink up and get back in there tomorrow. You'll feel better.

It's nice to have a paid up training at the end of the year and no student loans, judgement, collections etc.

Dispatchers have been issued 4 sentances to compromise the entire language structure.

    "Yes I see it.

"Don't tell me you cannot do it."

"You should have thought of that"

According to the computer you can do it....
